These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, web services, apps, digital products, content, and communications provided by Aexel Group (referred to as “Aexel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to Aexel Group and any predecessor or affiliated brands, including but not limited to D&FC Group, DFA, WiXFI (discontinued), Dynamic & Futuristic, DFAutopilotSystems. The acronyms AXLg and AELG are also used to refer to Aexel Group.
These Terms apply to, including but not limited to:

These WiXFI projects were never public releases and should not be confused with unrelated projects or services that may share a similar name. Aexel is not affiliated with any unrelated third-party projects using the “WiXFI” name.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Aexel products and services. By accessing or using our offerings you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
All content, branding, code, digital assets, AV models, and designs published or distributed by Aexel Group (including prior project names and acronyms listed above) are the intellectual property of Aexel Group unless otherwise stated. Purchase or download of a product grants a limited license to use that product only as specified in the product documentation and license terms. No transfer of ownership occurs.
VRChat avatars, avatar bases, accessories, world assets, and scripts provided by Aexel are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise specified. You may not redistribute, republish, or sell Aexel assets or package them for third-party marketplaces without permission.
Unauthorized distribution of Aexel assets — including uploading to or sharing from piracy/ripper sites and forums — is strictly prohibited. Examples of sites where Aexel assets must not be uploaded, shared, or offered include (but are not limited to):
Aexel will take action against piracy and unauthorised sharing, including license revocation, account suspension, DMCA/takedown notices, and legal proceedings where applicable. If you find Aexel content on pirate or ripper sites, please notify [email protected] with details and URLs.
Aexel communicates officially via email addresses at @aexelgroup.app and via documentation or announcements posted on aexelgroup.app. Aexel does not operate official Discord servers — any such server claiming to be official is not endorsed by Aexel.
All sales of digital products are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Refunds will also not be provided where:
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected. You may be entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement or repair) if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or does not perform as expected.
For purchases made outside Australia, refunds are not offered by default, except where required by the laws of your jurisdiction. We will comply with legal obligations applicable in your country.
Licenses may be suspended or revoked where misuse, unauthorised sharing, piracy, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected or proven. Revocation may result in loss of access to products and future purchases may be blocked.
Ownership: Content you create, upload, or submit through Aexel platforms (including mods, assets, comments, or other materials) remains your property.
By submitting user content you grant Aexel a limited, worldwide license to host, store, transmit and process it as necessary to provide services. Content may be stored on third-party services (e.g. Gumroad, hosting/CDN providers) in accordance with their policies.
If you delete content, Aexel will remove it from active systems. Residual copies may persist temporarily in backups or logs until overwritten pursuant to standard retention and deletion processes.
You must not upload, post, or distribute content that is:
Aexel reserves the right to remove, block, or refuse any user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Some Aexel products rely on third-party platforms (e.g. VRChat, Gumroad, Unity, hosting/CDN). Use of those platforms is subject to the third party’s own terms and policies. Aexel is not affiliated with VRChat Inc., Gumroad Inc., or Unity Technologies.
We and our providers may use cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies to operate services and improve the user experience. You can manage cookies via browser settings; disabling them may reduce functionality.
By using Aexel services you represent that you are not located in, or subject to the laws of, any country where the purchase or use of our products would violate export controls, sanctions, or applicable law. Aexel may decline orders or block access from jurisdictions subject to export restrictions or sanctions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aexel Group, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aexel Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, except where expressly required by law (for example, the ACL in Australia).
Aexel may suspend or terminate access to products, revoke licenses, or take other enforcement action if you breach these Terms, engage in piracy, distribute unauthorised copies, or otherwise act in a way that harms Aexel or its users. Serious or repeated violations may result in legal action and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at https://legal.aexelgroup.app/full (or its permanent location). Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use of Aexel services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, to the extent permitted by law. We encourage contacting [email protected] first to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
