1. Terms of Sale

All sales are final. This is a digital product and refunds are not available for change of mind. Refunds will also not be provided where:

• the purchaser lacks the required knowledge to use the product (e.g. Unity or similar tools); or
• the purchaser attempts to use the product in unsupported or alternative use cases.

1.1 Australian customers

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected — you may be entitled to a remedy if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or does not perform as expected.

1.2 International customers

For purchases made outside Australia, refunds are not offered under any circumstances, unless required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

1.3 Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use our products.

1.4 Licensing & usage

Your license is for personal use only and may be revoked in cases of misuse, redistribution, or unauthorised* sharing across devices.

*Unauthorised sharing includes, but is not limited to, sharing with others. You may install and access your license on your own devices, provided you are the sole user.

1.5 Prohibited use

• Unlawful, defamatory, or abusive uses;
• Infringement of third-party rights or creation of derivative works that breach such rights;
• Reverse-engineering, reselling, or redistribution outside the scope of your license.

1.6 Termination

We may suspend or revoke licenses, or restrict access, where these Terms are breached (including suspected misuse or fraud).

1.7 Payment processing

Payments are securely processed by Gumroad and/or its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

1.8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aexel Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law (including ACL).

1.9 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We encourage contacting us first to resolve any issues. Failing that, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

• Payment data is handled by Gumroad and its providers — we do not store full payment card numbers.
